BRIAN THOMPSON, IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT

Brian Thompson is president of Marlowe & Company, a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm established in 1985. He has an extensive experience in lobbying worked. He also worked with Congress and the Government.

Mr. Thompson has worked as the Legislative Director of the United States Congress and was a member of the Senate Finance Committee for five years. Then he worked as an economist and the Deputy Director of Legislation for a major trade organization.

Brian became the President of Marlowe & Company in 1986. In addition, he was president of the Association of Government Relations Professionals, followed by a  term as president of the League of Conservation Voters. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Washington FFA Association.

Mr. Thompson studied economics in the Wharton School of Finance of the University of St.Gallena, located in St. Gallen, Switzerland and also graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School. He was also a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the University of Pennsylvania.
